RETURNS / REFUNDS / EXCHANGES

All purchases are final. I do not provide a return or exchange program for any original fine artwork purchase made directly through me or my website. Given the one-off hand-crafted nature of my artwork leniency will not be granted for any purchases where 'change of mind' and/or specification miscalculations have occurred. 

Please make sure you have checked and measured your space against the artwork dimensions and specifications provided on my website in advance of completing your order, so that size expectations are met and inaccurate ordering does not occur. Multiple images and full details are always provided for each artwork (as well as further details regarding my process, framing etc on the FAQ page) to support your decision. 

If you have any questions regarding the specific dimensions, materials, processes etc... of any piece of my art, or require a digital mock-up of your desired piece within your home so that you can more clearly visualise it, please reach out. I'm always happy to assist collectors while making their choice. ~ Michelle

DAMAGED / INCORRECT ORDER
Please inspect your order upon reception. If in the unlikely situation that you receive an artwork that is damaged, or if you receive the wrong artwork to your original order, please let me know immediately so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
